    Job Description
    1.按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的服务。
    Deliver service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standard and procedures.
    2.与其他员工建立并保持良好的关系。
    Establishes and maintains effective employee working relati***hips.
    3.确保部门的以下各项工作就绪为客人提供完满的服务
    Prepares for service by ensuring
    1）遵守酒店的仪容仪表规范
    Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with hotel standard
    2）阅读并熟悉预订流程
    Reservati*** are read and familiarized.
    3）迎宾并安排客人入座
    Guests are greeted and seated.
    4）承担相关工作职责及安排的其他任务
    Performs related duties and special assignment as assigned.



    岗位要求：
    Qualification:
    1.五官端正，热情开朗大方、服务意识强；
    Good appearance, open, enthusiastic and have strong service c***cious
    2.中文，英语口语熟练、可以和客人做日常的交流；
    Flute in oral English Chinese
    3.具有良好的沟通意识及团队意识
    Good team player
    4.对中国，上海文化有浓厚兴趣的在校或是在沪外籍学生或是社会人士
    Deeply interested in Chinese Culture
    Foreigner studying in Shanghai universities or non-students
